Our company originated from the ground up as Srishti Enterprise. Founded by leaders who started their careers on the factory floor, we understand shop-floor realities, worker psychology, and the critical importance of uninterrupted shifts. In August 2025, our operations scaled into Mandal Workforce Private Limited, introducing full corporate governance and proprietary mobile app technology.
Today, we proudly power over 1,500 active shift stations across 11+ major manufacturing plants in Saurashtra with 100% legal compliance, zero-dispute payroll, and dedicated on-site supervision.
