Information we handle

• Worker registrations: name, mobile number, age, location, skills, experience, expected wage and any details you choose to share.
• Employer enquiries: company name, contact person, phone, email and workforce requirements.
• Employees (Employee Portal app): employment profile, salary slips, employment documents, deployment details and advance information that we already hold as your employer.

How we use it

• To match workers with jobs and contact them about openings.
• To respond to manpower requests from companies.
• To run payroll and meet statutory obligations such as EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund.
• To show employees their own records in the Employee Portal app.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the client company where a worker is deployed, with government authorities where the law requires it (for example EPFO and ESIC), and with service providers who help us run payroll and our systems under confidentiality.

Identity documents

Aadhaar, bank and other identity documents are collected only for employment and statutory purposes, kept with restricted access and never published.

Retention and security

We keep records for as long as needed for employment and as required by labour and tax laws, and protect them with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
