How soon can I get a job?
Once you register, our operations team will call you within 24 to 48 hours depending on active requirements at our client factories in Shapar, Veraval, or Metoda.
What are the required documents for joining?
Your Aadhaar Card (linked to mobile), bank passbook/cancelled cheque, 2 passport photos, and any ITI/trade certificate if applying for technical operator or welder roles.
Will I get PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC?
Yes, 100%! Every single worker deployed by Mandal Workforce is registered under EPFO and ESIC. You receive your Universal Account Number (UAN) and ESIC e-Pehchan card for free hospital treatment.
How will I receive my monthly salary?
Your salary is transferred directly to your bank account every month on time. You can check and download your official salary slip directly inside our Employee Portal Android app.
Do I have to pay any registration fee?
No! Worker registration with Mandal Workforce is 100% FREE. We do NOT charge any commission or fees from workers.
